| A global leader in the design and manufacture of electrical power systems for the aerospace sector have an opportunity for an experienced supplier quality manager to join the business to lead on all EMEA supplier quality issues. This is a senior and key role within this truly global leader within the aerospace manufacturing market, based from the Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire area this role will take the lead in all supplier development and supplier quality issues for the business in the highly exacting requirements of the aerospace manufacturing industry. As supplier quality manager this position will be embedded in the supply chain management structure but will work extremely closely with procurement, commercial and engineering teams and taking the full leadership in proactive supplier, audit, development and non conformance management. Based in the Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire area the supplier quality manager will also be expected to undertake comprehensive supplier onsite audit both National and EMEA wide which will involve travel. This exciting senior management opportunity will be rewarded with: Salary - 40000 - 50000 basic salary dependent on experience level + Comprehensive benefits package tbc. Applicants will be expected to have a very high level of supplier quality management experience from within the aerospace manufacturing sector (or very similar)as well as instigating in depth and ongoing supplier analyses the position will take up a figure head leadership capacity Technical and Development Supply Chain teams, Manage a small team to support objectives and build very close liaison with Quality Departments to ensure consistency in message and to manage flow down of applicable standards.
